Delivery options

  • Standard Delivery — €4.90, 3–6 business days.
  • Free Standard Delivery on orders with a subtotal of €75 or more.
  • Express Delivery — €9.90, 1–3 business days (express is always charged, including over €75).

Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and may vary during peak periods or for remote areas. Prices shown in other currencies are converted from EUR at fixed reference rates.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to all 27 EU member states: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. We do not currently ship outside the EU.

Dispatch

Orders are reviewed after they are placed. We will contact you with payment details; orders are dispatched after payment has been arranged. You will be informed of the expected dispatch date.

Damaged or missing parcels

Please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible if your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. Burbur Pet Care uses guest checkout, so you can shop, place an order and receive your private confirmation without creating an account.

How does payment work?

No payment is taken on the website. After your order is received, the store team reviews it and contacts you with the available payment instructions before dispatch.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all 27 European Union member states. Standard delivery takes an estimated 3–6 business days; Express takes 1–3 business days.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery is €4.90 and becomes free when the order subtotal reaches €75. Express delivery is always €9.90. Other currencies are converted from the EUR base price.

Can I return an item?

EU consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right where applicable. Sealed hygiene-sensitive goods may be excluded after opening, while statutory rights for faulty or non-conforming goods always remain.

Are prices shown with VAT?

Yes. Displayed prices include VAT. Delivery charges and any discount are shown separately before you place the order.

Can I shop in another currency?

Yes. You can view and place orders in EUR, USD, GBP or PLN. EUR is the base currency and the selected currency and final amounts are saved with your order.

How can I check my order after checkout?

The thank-you page contains your order number, customer and delivery details, itemised totals and a print button. Keep its private link for your records.

Are product health claims independently verified?

Product descriptions are demo information and use cautious wording. Products do not replace veterinary care; always follow the label and consult a veterinarian for individual health or dietary needs.

How are my cart, wishlist and cookie choices stored?

They are stored locally in your browser. Necessary storage supports the shop; optional analytics and marketing choices remain off unless you consent through the cookie banner.
