All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include the applicable VAT. Prices in USD, GBP or PLN are converted from EUR at fixed reference rates for convenience; the currency selected at checkout is recorded on your order. Delivery costs are shown separately before you place your order.

5. Orders and contract

Product presentation on this site is not a binding offer. By clicking “Place Order” you submit a binding order. We confirm receipt on the order confirmation page. The contract is concluded when we accept your order, for example by sending payment instructions or dispatching the goods. We may decline orders, for example in the event of unavailability or obvious pricing errors; any payments already made will then be refunded.

Please review your order carefully before submission. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact and delivery details. We may contact you when information needs clarification.

6. Availability

Stock levels are checked when you place an order. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will inform you without delay and refund any payment for that item.

8. Payment

No payment is collected online at this time. After you place your order, we will contact you with the available payment method(s) and instructions. Goods are dispatched after payment has been arranged. See Order & Payment Information.

9. Cancellations, withdrawal and returns

10. Refunds

Refunds are made without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days, as described on the Returns & Refunds page.

11. Consumer rights and legal guarantee

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. Burbur Pet Care uses guest checkout, so you can shop, place an order and receive your private confirmation without creating an account.

How does payment work?

No payment is taken on the website. After your order is received, the store team reviews it and contacts you with the available payment instructions before dispatch.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all 27 European Union member states. Standard delivery takes an estimated 3–6 business days; Express takes 1–3 business days.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery is €4.90 and becomes free when the order subtotal reaches €75. Express delivery is always €9.90. Other currencies are converted from the EUR base price.

Can I return an item?

EU consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right where applicable. Sealed hygiene-sensitive goods may be excluded after opening, while statutory rights for faulty or non-conforming goods always remain.

Are prices shown with VAT?

Yes. Displayed prices include VAT. Delivery charges and any discount are shown separately before you place the order.

Can I shop in another currency?

Yes. You can view and place orders in EUR, USD, GBP or PLN. EUR is the base currency and the selected currency and final amounts are saved with your order.

How can I check my order after checkout?

The thank-you page contains your order number, customer and delivery details, itemised totals and a print button. Keep its private link for your records.

Are product health claims independently verified?

Product descriptions are demo information and use cautious wording. Products do not replace veterinary care; always follow the label and consult a veterinarian for individual health or dietary needs.

How are my cart, wishlist and cookie choices stored?

They are stored locally in your browser. Necessary storage supports the shop; optional analytics and marketing choices remain off unless you consent through the cookie banner.
